SECTION PRE-0

Introduction

Welcome to the faz-stars staff handbook, everything within this handbook must be followed. Failure to follow the guidelines may result in harsh punishments within the staffing/band department, Please understand the the ownership team can choose to blacklist you from the staffing department and band department at anytime for any reason. 


*Please Note: You may also face punishments from VRCband.

SECTION A1


USER MODERATION


When a staff member abuses powers on you, You may:

  1. Contact Owners or Administration
  2. Contact VRCBand at https://www.chillboiostudios.com/contactus or in the VRCBand Discord server.


STAFF MODERATION

If you are a staff member and you abuse the powers bestowed upon you by FazStars:

You will be:

  1. Fired
  2. Demoted; or
  3. warned

You will NOT be:

  1. Kicked
  2. Banned
  3. Publicly Humiliated; or
  4. Mentally/Physically harmed.








SECTION B


STAFF PUNISHMENT

These guidelines are the Acceptable and Unacceptable ways to punish a staff member:

ACCEPTABLE: You Can Punish a member by Muting, Kicking and banning them. UNACCEPTABLE: Any form of Physical or Mental Harm, Public Humiliation of Any Kind, is restricted if you are found doing this will result in a ban. User safety is always the TOP priority.


SECTION D


SOME STAFF RIGHTS

Staff may do the following/may not on some

1. A Safe work environment for other staff members. ✓


3. Do not kick, ban or abuse your power. ✓


4. Make sure to ask a fellow staff member before doing something your unsure of. ✓


5. Do not staff bash, member-bash or group bash. You doing this can result in a termination from the staff team. Why? Because if you do this it looks bad on faz-stars and the ownership team and everyone else doesn't want that. ✓


7. Keep Faz-stars instances a safe place AT ALL TIMES. ✓


8. Give all members when facing a punishment time to explain their side of the story. ✓


9. Treat Members with respect. ✓
